The fan heat exchange energy-saving system aims to optimize the ventilation and heat exchange fans in the room. On the basis of ensuring indoor ventilation and heat exchange, it further optimizes air volume and improves energy efficiency. It has strong technical adaptability, with an IP23 protection level suitable for the humid offshore environment. The one-to-many control reduces the number of equipment and makes fault diagnosis more convenient.
Data collection and display in the energy-saving control system are completed through the touch screen. Fan speed, energy consumption display, and system control can all be operated on the touch screen.
Voltage and Frequency Regulation
The frequency converter can realize open-loop, closed-loop, and vector control, perfectly adapting to the fan motor, with stable high-speed field-weakening control, high torque, and high energy-saving performance.
Environmental Collection
On-site outdoor ambient temperature is collected through temperature sensors, calculated and compared with the designed indoor temperature, then output to the energy-saving control system, which is automatically processed by the system's CPU.
485 Communication
In the energy consumption control system, the PLC communicates with the frequency converter via RS-485, mainly used for transmitting frequency signals, operation signals, fan speed, automatic energy consumption statistics, etc.
Energy-Saving Control System
The system includes components such as PLC, frequency converter, and touch screen. The PLC receives the ambient temperature, calculates the output ratio internally, converts it into the corresponding output frequency and sends it to the frequency converter. The frequency converter receives the given frequency through communication to drive the fan to operate.
